about

As stated in the title of this release, this is a collection of splits, b-sides, and re-recordings that also includes a paradoxical inclusion with an inclusion of a preview of a song from a future release called "the Birthday Song" aka, I put one new song on here. The album cover is a rip-off of the Dillinger Escape Plan logo because they're sweet. The main reason for the release of this is I've sold out of all of my splits and feel like enough time has passed that I shouldn't re-release them and instead should just put my contributions from them all on one disc (minus the covers and such from the three-way with Insomniac Folklore and Destroy Nate Allen), so here we are. Only 31 seconds on each disc is not filled. That's a lot of music. Be sure to pick this up from me at a show even if you have the old splits.

The new recordings were recorded in the same way that the Honesty Folk EP was. I just set up three mics and played the songs. Honest and raw. I hope you enjoy. There's a couple of things on here that haven't been released before. I *really* enjoy the recording of I Had a Good Day.

stanza 1: am c em g c d
stanza 2: am c d g

well, happy birthday to myself
i’m one year older now, oh can’t you tell?
with that jager on my breath, oh yeah!
my mama would be so proud, proud of me
with these feathers in my headress and these badges on my chest
i’ll straighten my tie and hope you’re real impressed
and you’ll whisper into my ear about my next great failure
and you’ll tell me all about how i’ll become him
and i’ll start praying that in the next two years
or in twenty four more that these vibrations
in my chest will cease and i’ll stop breathing
when will i finally find some relief?

i’m not everything i wanted to be and
by my next birthday i still will not be

I don't want to hear your excuses anymore, I just want the truth from you
I want you to tell me what I already know, I want you to confirm my fears
I don't want you to avoid me anymore, Please don't ignore me
I just want you to talk to me

won't you be mature, about this situation
oh can't you be mature, about our situation
I used to be your number four, The perfect star in the night sky
I used to be your favorite

I'm gonna to tell you everything that you think you already know,
I'm gonna call you every morning even though you won't answer the phone
From now on when you see me, you won't look me in the eye, you won't even look at me
and I'll make an ever lasting impression on you, as the loud, obnoxious, perverted kid who
you met at a show
that you did not even want to go to

I'll give life and limb and all of my teeth, before I utter the words "I Quit"
I'll become so destructive and destroy everything, because everyday is exactly the same
And I'm sick and I'm tired of living, and I don't know what to do
I'm sick and I'm tired of living, in a world with out you here

Smiling up at me from the floor
You're so cute when you're blushing and flattered and torn
But still you look up at me with your eyes asking for more
I told you that I love you and I thought that I was sure

Flying around up in the sky, with your wings made of gold and halo so high
With hooves made of diamonds and teeth made of ivory
Won't you just take the rooster out of your mouth for just one moment
And realise there's a retarded frail young boy clinging to your neck
That you don't even notice 'cause he's as dumb a brick wall
Yet he's still cracking that whip and grasping your hips
And I know that you know that I know that you know that
You're on the right road to becoming a horse because
Tonight I'm gonna de-wing a pegasus
Tonight I'm gonna de-wing a pegasus

sometimes i argue with myself
inside my mind
about how i feel about the ones that i love
and sometimes it ain't so kind

and it makes them feel bad when they stumble upon
the words inside my mind
and i feel so bad that they feel so sad
i am ashamed // and there's nothing i can do about that

somedays i ponder if i am
schizophrenic
like my mother was when she abandoned me
i wonder if it's hereditary

but i'm too lazy to even wiki it
assuming the internet even still exists
i'll tell you i'm an altruist but if you google my name says
"i am narcissist"

but if you know me at all you already know that
i will fail you
so don't rely on me just ask
the ones who aren't with me

anymore

Chorus: C
Verse: Am F
Bridge: C D E F G F E D

Are we going to Totemtown? Where the wolves are friendly
and I am not alone
I'll take off my bandit mask and pretend that I am part of the pack
because I don't wanna be alone

Well the Buffalo roams where I wanna go
but I've never been where the buffalo go
about these things I do not know
I can not know what I don't know but

Vicariously I've lived it all
been to the southern bay and the Eden wall
the screaming elephant he said to me
"Ya know, it really ain't that bad to be alone"

rturtfgbvwasd totemtown

Well the screeching hawk it rages on
with the jealous veins it thrives upon
peers straight through the veil and soars on down now
to grasp that trophy that I have found and

It justifies the virus filled crack
Encouraging every self destructive act
the crippled sloth whispers upon my ear that
it's hard to get use to being alone

Totemtown's brown with a church painted red and burn like hell it shall not fail
Totemtown burns just like everything burns for the duration of my existance
for the deceivery of me & B & Key & B & T & Lie (lee)
Totemtown shines with rust and grime and to the dirt you shall return to remain as dirt

to hold your hand would be, ecstasy
to lie down next to you, would be heavenly

I'd imagine
I'd imagine

to taste your lips would be, amazing
to spend the rest of my life with you, would be a blessing

I'd imagine
I'd imagine

And I know that I am just feeding the fire but I simply can not help myself.
from telling you exactly how I feel, inside
About you.

And just so you know I'll always be right here by your side
As a friend, as a lover, as whatever you need me to be

I want the best for you, I want the very best for you.
I want to spend time with you, I wanna spend my life with you.
I want the best for you, I want the very best for you.
I want to spend time with you, I wanna spend my life with

I, I had a good day, I had a good day.
I, I had a good day, I had a good day.

All these possessions
I've deemed necessary
I do not need them
I do no, need them

All these possessions
I've deemed necessary
I do not need them, deem them
unnecessary

All these possessions
I do not need them for
a good life
a good life

All these possessions
I've amassed throughout my life
Will become obsolete to me
Once I die

Every single thing
that I think know
Is bound to be buried
under H20

All these possessions
Will be washed out to sea
so it's hard for me to deem them
necessary

All these possessions
are so unnecessary
I'll pass away at a very young age

All these possessions
I've amassed throughout my life
Will become obsolete
It's just a matter of time

All these possessions
I've amassed throughout my life
Will become obsolete to me
Once I die

All these possessions
I've amassed throughout my life
Will become obsolete
It's just a matter of time

All these possessions
I've amassed throughout my life
Will become obsolete to me
Once I die

All these possessions
I've amassed throughout my life
Will become obsolete
It's just a matter of time

When the tidal wave comes and it drowns us all
I'll remind you of how I'd seen it all
From the day I was born I've dreamed of a ball
that was covered in fire that would drown us all
When the tidal wave comes and it drowns us all
I'll remind you of how I'd seen it all
From the day I was born I've dreamed of a ball
that was covered in fire that would drown us all

From Colorado to Arizona
and everything west is bound to drown yeah

Every single thing that I think know
Is bound to be buried under H20
Every single thing that I think know
Is bound to be buried under H20
Every single thing that I think know
Is bound to be buried under H20
